Caper Crew Headed to Netflix

The live-action comedy series Caper Crew, produced by Easy Tiger for the ABC, is set to entertain audiences across the world, with the Australian Children’s Television Foundation (ACTF) selling the global rights to the program to Netflix (excluding Australia). Caper Crew, which premiered in Australia in April 2026, is a stylish, fast-paced family adventure full of twists, mischief and mystery. It follows siblings Amelia and Kai Delaney, living in the quiet backwater of Woodspring, whose lives are suddenly upended when their glamorous con-artist grandmother Queenie mysteriously appears on their doorstep and introduces them to the ‘Ten Con-mandments’, her personal playbook of mischief, mayhem and the art of the grift.

“Caper Crew has all the wit, warmth and mischief that Australian children’s series do so well, and we can’t wait for kids and families around the world to discover it on Netflix. Amelia, Kai and Queenie are about to become firm favourites in lounge rooms everywhere.” Amanda Duthie, Netflix ANZ Content Director commented.

Caper Crew follows in the footsteps of a number of Australian children’s series loved by global audiences on Netflix, including The Inbestigators, Little Lunch, Surviving Summer and H20: Just Add Water. Australian children’s series punch well above their weight internationally, with 10 of the top 20 Australian programs on the latest Netflix Global Engagement Report being made for children. Netflix will launch Caper Crew in 190+ territories globally. The ABC holds the Australian rights for the series.
