With Anzac Day approaching, all Australians planning to travel to commemorative services in Turkey, France or Belgium are urged to read the new Anzac Day Smartraveller bulletin issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, this should be read in conjunction with the travel advisories for Turkey, France and Belgium. A spokesperson for the Department of Foreign Affairs commented that Australians travelling to Gallipoli or Villers-Bretonneux are also encouraged to register their intention to attend commemorative services with the Department of Veteran Affairs Gallipoli registration or Villers-Bretonneux registration.
