The second series of Rake staring Richard Roxburgh as criminal defence barrister Cleaver Greene, will begin shooting in April in Sydney.

Matt Day, Russel Dykstra, Danielle Cormack, Caroline Brazier and Adrienne Pickering will be reprising their roles from season 1.
Cleaver is once again up to his old tricks and his penchant for defending the indefensible is still in full swing. His clients include suicide bombers, psychotic schoolgirls, murderers, a pedantic chameleon, an international pariah, and a serial ‘bobbitter’ – allegedly.
