During an archaeological expedition on Bouvetøya Island in Antarctica, a team of archaeologists and other scientists find themselves caught up in a battle between the two legends. Soon, the team realize that only one species can win.

For those of you who might be wondering Alien Vs. Predator (AVP) was released in 2004 and a sequel was AVP: Requiem was released 3 years later in 2007.

I would not label AVP as either being a good or a bad movie, if I was being completely honest and accurate with my feelings toward this movie I would say that its background noise at best. Paul W. S. Anderson is a competent director when it comes to action movies and I will give Anderson credit a kind of cool cinematic reason for the existence of all the different pyramids around the world. The problem with this movie is that I found myself unable to care about the characters. Anderson who also has a writing credit on this movie nicely he just failed to do anything to develop them to the point that made me care if they lived or died.
