Anna travels to Paris following John, unintentionally causing tension between her best friend Jean and his partner Philippe.

Even though I do have a bit of a soft spot for Australian movies Drama is probably something that I would not actively seek out at the friendly neighborhood cinema, though I did enjoy watching this one. Drama seems to be a little different from most Australian movies, most of the mainstream Australian movies from the last twenty years seem to have gone down one of two paths, it seems that Drama has taken a third .For the record, you’re probably going to look to FanForce to get this one to your local cinema though it will also be available for download. Both Jonathan Burteaux who portrayed Jean and actor/director Sophie Mathisen who portrayed Anna seemed to have a great onscreen chemistry together. Though I suppose the stand out moment of the movie for me was actually between was the first interaction in the movie between Anna and Philippe portrayed by Francois Vincentelli it was a great comic moment. It was great to see that the cast was not full of any of the usual suspects that you might expect to see in every single Australian production the only actress that I was actually only familiar with was Nicole de Silva from her days on the 2008 TV series Rush.
