Bill Williamson is back, alive and well and doing a recon mission around D.C. This time he wants to cause a major population disruption within the USA which result in devastating consequences reverberating throughout the world. His new mission this time to bring down The President of the United States and his Secret Service detail.

The last movie from Uwe Boll. He is quitting making movies after 33 movies in 25 years. We may not know if Boll is actually retired because let’s face it you can never really know how long a retirement is going to last until somebody actually retires. Now I know there is more than a few people out there who are saying Hey Hey Hey Goodbye. But of those 33 movies I personally think that about only 4 of them are any good (though for the record I have not seen all 33 of Boll’s Movies) Assault on Wall Street and his Rampage Trilogy. It was recently pointed out to me by Mon Pere that I was trying to justify it to myself for liking any movie directed by Boll, perhaps he’s right.
Just like the rest of the movies in the trilogy President Down has an extreme left message, Boll also made an interesting point about Islamophobia. Brendan Fletcher gave a brilliant performance and truly made the role of Bill Williamson his own, though I suppose that was because he was involved with the writing of this movie as well as Rampage : Capital Punishment.
Boll delivered up some clever camera work. The one problem was that it seemed that Boll didn’t have enough money to give the finale the impact that it deserves.
