Financial TV host Lee Gates and his producer Patty are put in an extreme situation when an irate investor takes over their studio.

On the face of it this is a pretty decent average movie. With Jodi Foster in the director’s chair and George Clooney and Julia Roberts this is a movie that is going to get noticed ( Just maybe not with too many awards because this is the kind of movie that both Roberts and Clooney could do in their sleep). Jack O’Connell gave a pretty decent performance with his character’s accent I could not help but him and fellow countrymen Tom Hardy (Both Hardy and O’Connell seem to have the same go to American accent).
I suppose the only problems I only really have with the movie is O’Connell’s Character’s motivation. Now yes over the past 16 years there have been more than a few of you who have had “kill all bankers/stockbrokers” thoughts. Now it should be noted that taking a television studio hostage because you lost all your money on the stock market is about the same as taking a casino hostage because you lost your life savings at the blackjack table.
