A former bounty hunter who finds himself on the run as part of a revamped Condemned tournament, in which convicts are forced to fight each other to the death as part of a game that’s broadcast to the public.

The Condemned 2 was supposedly produced with non-union crew. Now I would like to think that under any other circumstance finding out this little piece of information would have been enough to keep me from watching this movie. However, what could be described as an OCD-like compulsion to finish watching the movies in a franchise once I have started watching the franchise (I know I don’t have some sort of medical diagnosis to back this up but said compulsion might go a long way to explain why I stuck with the Twilight and Hunger Games Franchises to the bitter end).
I’m familiar with Director Roel Reine’s work what I’ve seen of it is a lot of bad sequels to action movies; this is another entry to his bad sequel list, which is what you can expect from a movie that WWE has produced by itself (it should be noted the Reine was worked on 3 previous WWE films). I suppose that the few good things about this movie was how beautiful New Mexico looked and the use of drones.
Wrestler Randy Orton is actually capable of delivering a decent performance in a movie (he actually proved this in the 2011 movie That’s what I am) but that really wasn’t the case here but then again you never really go into an action movie like this expecting critically acclaimed award winning performances.
