Sony has recently announced that it will be the first manufacturer to bring the Google TV platform to Australia. The Google TV platform which be offered in selected models of Sony’s BRAVIA range will be bring an enhanced entertainment experience through a number of exciting features – such as apps and games from Google Play, a full web browser utilizing Google Chrome and the best YouTube on TV experience. In addition to these features Sony also offer “smart” remote – including track pad and full QWERTY keyboard.
“There’s smart, and then there’s smartest – and that’s what we think Google TV offers consumers who want the ultimate connected, big screen experience at home,” said Carl Rose, Managing Director, Sony Australia and New Zealand.
