Set in the future where human emotion has been outlawed and punishable by death. Given the task of policing this future are the emotionless Tetragramaton clerics who are relentless in their pursuit of anything that may evoke any type of emotion. However, when Tetragramaton Cleric John Preston misses a dose of a drug used to suppress emotion and begins to question the very fabric of the society he has sworn to protect.

Equilibrium is pure genius and a scary vision of the future of humanity, with amazing stylized gun play. With brilliant performances by Christian Bale, Emily Watson, Taye Diggs and Sean Bean. This is also an excellent example of Oscar Winner Dion Beebe’s work.
