A group of cyber terrorists have attacked America and have began taking apart the infrastructure by turning off the computers for the Financial, Transport and Power. What they didn’t count on was a ‘old school’ tough as nails detective like John McClane.

Die Hard 4.0 is based on an article that featured in Wired magazine from 1997 ‘A Farewell to Arms’ writen by John Carlin. The movie itself takes on a darker tone then the previous three movies, though it didn’t loose touch with the Die Hard sense of humour. Timothy Olyphant gave a brilliant performance as Thomas Gabriel which in my opinion rivals the performance given by Alan Rickman as Hans Gruber. All in all Die Hard 4.0 is a brilliantly crafted thrill ride well worth the watch.
