A Hollywood tour bus driver poses as a screenwriter to romance an up-and-coming young actress.
I’ll admit that I might be a little biased in reviewing this movie because it’s my favourite romantic comedy, ever since I found it on VHS at a neighbourhood video, for the record yes I still have VHS cassettes in my collection. I suppose what appealed to me about the movie at the time and for that matter still appeals to me was the fact the lead actor Jeremy Piven who doesn’t have classic leading man looks got the girl, at the time that was something that I had not seen in romantic movies. Just write is definitely a little clichéd with a mistaken identity and the question of the ‘A choice’ over the ‘B choice’, but that really doesn’t matter because its heart is in the right place.
