How heavily were you influenced by the British comic strip character from the 80’s Bananaman?
I honestly did not learn about Bananaman until I started writing my Bananaverse series.
As my main characters were going through naming ideas and the media was trying to give this new hero a name, I believe I mentioned ‘Bananaman’ as a shout out.
The character Blue Banana was actually heavily inspired by Batman but a touch sillier.
