Sorry for procrastinating so long on writing the review for this one but I would I thought would wait at least a little while for the customary fanboy anger to die before finally getting around to writing the review. Now we finally have a Justice League movie to stand alongside The Avengers movies. I am going to preface this by saying I’m not a comic book guy so I’m neither a fan of Marvel or DC but Justice League pales in comparison to The Avengers, for time that it took Marvel to release the movie. Of the members of the Justice League I suppose Ezra Miller as the Flash gave the stand out performance and Gail Gadot was great as Wonder Woman, judging by Gadot’s costume for the movie it seems that the costume designer for Xena the Warrior Princess is still able to find a job. I also kind of liked the villain of the movie Steppenwolf, though his name sounds like it is the name for a dance, possibly some sort variation of the tango. My only real complaint about the movie is that wasn’t a ‘the world is going to die’ vibe to the threat that the Justice League faced. I suppose we can only hope for more imposing threats especially if the post-credits scenes are anything to go by.
