When Tony Stark tries to jump-start a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and it is up to the Avengers to stop the villainous Ultron from enacting his terrible plans.

The second of the Avengers movies has finally been released on our friendly neighborhood cinemas. Now maybe people might not like this one to much because after all it really is just laying the foundation for Captain America: Civil War in 2016 and Avengers: Infinity War Parts 1 & 2 in 2018 & 2019 respectively (be sure to stay for the obligatory post-credits sequence) and considering that the Marvel Film Franchise is more of a marathon then a sprint there was no way that they would top the alien invasion from the first Avengers movie. But Age of Ultron is very much the action-packed comic book movie that you’ve grown to love (even the Stan Lee Cameo) with just a little bit of character development thrown in for good measure, for those of us who might not be coming at this after reading all the comic books.
James Spader was good as the voice of Ultron but part of me wondered if Hugo Weaving was busy. But of course he was the Red Skull in Captain America: The First Avenger. I also loved what was done with the relationship between Black Widow and Bruce Banner/The Hulk seemed to have a tender and caring relationship that at first glance seemed to have a Big Sister/Little Brother quality to it, (slight spoiler) given that Black Widow had the responsibility of turning The Hulk back into Bruce Banner at the end of the first mission. Though by the end of the first act that the relationship between Black Widow and Bruce Banner/The Hulk was anything but a Big Sister/Little Brother relationship. It should also be noted that with the appearance of the HulkBuster armor in this movie it can be said that there would seem to be two schools of thought when trying to get The Hulk to turn back into Banner.
