After being cut from the USA softball team and feeling a bit past her prime, Lisa finds herself evaluating her life and in the middle of a love triangle, as a corporate guy in crisis competes with her current, baseball-playing beau.

It is sad to think that the best way to describe this movie as a cake that has not finished baking. To me it seemed that little if any thought went into the casting process of How Do You Know. Owen Wilson seemed little if any chemistry with Reese Witherspoon, it was almost as if you needed a microscope to find any hint of it. While the depressing thing about this movie was that Jack Nicholson either failed to or had no room to bring that sense of ‘Cool’ that, you would expect from any movie with Jack Nicholson in it.
