A high school girl is invited to a party by the most popular boy in school — only trouble is, she’s grounded.

Okay, Picture This is not the first high school romantic comedy and it definitely won’t be the last. No matter how hard we may try. However, what makes this movie interesting is the point it makes about the role of mobile phones in a teenagers life, and how quickly the combination of a video phone and an over protective parent can send any teenager’s life spiralling out of control.
I was not entirely impressed with any one performance in this. What I would really like to see is that if Ashley Tisdale in a movie where she is not required to sing. Yes, it’s true Ms Tisdale has achieved a certain measure of stardom with those High School movies but I want to see if she is more than just a just a future answer to a pub trivia question ten years from now.
